Our Vision for the Forum

We are proud to ally ourselves with the historical struggle of the Kashmiri community to create a better world through arts and cultural growth. The Forum will encourage a cross-cultural exchange of ideas, development creating dynamic spaces where commonality and difference, tradition and modernity that can be explored to create rich new forms of cultural expression and contribute to the development of a prosperous arts industry in region.

To achieve the project aims, the Kashmiri Arts Forum will curate networking events for artist and organisations, host Q&A’s that drive growth, champion Forum members through showcases and boost the economic growth of member arts based organisations through collaborations, shared platforms and cross arts growth. This is not an exhaustive list of activates but does ultimately demonstrate the intention to use the Forum as a platform for growth.
